Must be a have excellent written and oral communication skills, able to work well with others. Primarily will interface with Project Manager(s), Engineering Manager(s), Superintendent(s), Foremen and Quality Manager(s).
  Job Requirements: Extensive experience in Primavera P6 Scheduling Software Program. Minimum of 5 years experience required working within the Construction Field. Must be have excellent Computer Skills.

  Job Duties: Prepare cost and work completion estimates for mechanical projects to be bid.
  Job Requirements: College degree in mechanical engineering or 5 years actual experience in mechanical contracting or estimating must have experience in successfully estimating complex projects. Experience with Autodesk Fabrication ESTmep or Rivet/Navis Works estimating software necessary, experience with integrated 3D BIM / CAD software desired. Complete familiarity with mechanical blueprints, schematics and specifications. Ability to compile complete mechanical piping estimates. Strong communication skills to solicit and verify subcontractor/vendor quotes. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience in budgeting and scheduling a plus.
