Experience with Autodesk Fabrication ESTmep or Rivet/Navis Works estimating software necessary, experience with integrated 3D BIM / CAD software desired. Complete familiarity with mechanical blueprints, schematics and specifications. Ability to compile complete mechanical piping estimates. Strong communication skills to solicit and verify subcontractor/vendor quotes. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience in budgeting and scheduling a plus.

  Job Duties: Extensive experience in Primavera P6 Scheduling Software Program; need to be able to create a critical path schedule with updates, impacts, delays, cost and any other issues that would impact a construction schedule. Must be a have excellent written and oral communication skills, able to work well with others. Primarily will interface with Project Manager(s), Engineering Manager(s), Superintendent(s), Foremen and Quality Manager(s).
  Job Requirements: Extensive experience in Primavera P6 Scheduling Software Program. Minimum of 5 years experience required working within the Construction Field. Must be have excellent Computer Skills.

  Job Duties: Ensure facilities and equipment are in good working conditions and in compliance with company and/or customer safety policies. Build, erect, and repair structures, crating items. Support shipping/ receiving and safety, collect universal waste, perform maintenance at sustaining activities (at PFC plant, 505 Canaveral Groves and Oxbow), and support the groundwater remediation equipment, when necessary. Identify potential hazards with equipment and repair in order to prevent accidents. Notify safety of unsafe practices, facilities, and equipment. Other duties as necessary.
